Why would they need that type of presence (razor wire, fully armed NG, police dressed in riot gear) for a peaceful march for life that occurs every year? Something else is up.
My thought, wire and troops to keep people out so they are safe... maybe something is about to happen to the place...like a fire... or bombs.... etc
Ready for the finale! Been there done that! Not really sure I care if people believe, or not.
