most of the public school teachers express "classist" prejudiece against individuals who choose to work w/ their hands &/or choose to live away from the the heavily populated E. & W. Coasts.

Right ! I had the fortune, to joined a school with its own garden, in teaching the basics of work with various materials ( fabric, wood, metal)
A knowledge of what our children could miss terribly in the future. A computer does not fill up.
