This chart IS misleading in my experience, i.e. I've not eaten animals for 47 yrs, the last 20 of which I've been a serious vegan, I've not been to a doctor for well over 10yrs, take no drugs legal or other wise, and it's even been said that I (we vegans) have 'slowed down' the aging process, so, at 60yrs old, I think it's fare to say, I'm far from unhealthy and close to death 😉🙏

Thank you for your replies🙏. Hey... you eat whatever you want (regardless of ethics), and of course you are absolutely free to choose and believe whatever you wish, such as... 'it's natural' for humans to eat animals and have an acidic diet'! And I will stick to the simple, holistic type, healthy Humane diets.
