Tell the judge that you want to subpoena who ever the health minister is in you part of the world and you want them to provide proof that the virus has been isolated. If they cannot provide this proof then a vaccine mandate is invalid because you cannot create a vaccine till the virus has been isolated

you will win hands down they would end up settleling out of court
