interesting you should ask... i was so tired and physically hurting ( kinda like when u start to get sick) that i had to take a nap about 4pm mountain time. im glad you prayed for the enemy to be overcome. every little bit helps.

Rest when You need, trust Your body, and pay attention to changes, etc, around others being less than positive, or different foods or drinks you seek. May You feel strengthened, calm, and peaceful through all the days ahead. 🙏
