We tried that with our Wisc. Gov. this last summer/Fall. We KNOW we had over a million signatures. Then on the day the woman who filed it was to bring the signatures in, we get a notice on the FB group that there were only like 600K something. I truly believe someone got to her and made her drop the Recall. We never heard from her again.....true story
