No. Even if 100% sure the vaccine was great. it cannot be forced. Nothing can be forced. Any actions to force are evil, regardless of valor. The law of free will is the ultimate law
They cannot accept liability for side effects because they do not yet know what ALL side effects are....this is an experiment and the trials dont end til 2023. They have no idea what (all of) the damages will be so they cant name them, yet.
