If it's been retired, how is it that we got "test" alerts for the system--more than once in the last few years.
I have always wondered why this wasn't used on 9-11-2001 ?

Probably because the Bush family rats, along with all the others, were in charge. And they planned the whole thing so why would they want to send us emergency broadcasts?? They are all going down--thankfully!
