Not that easy, they have to have a business license and that can be yanked if the business doesn't follow the Covid guidelines put out by the city... It's why businesses are failing if they don't push the mandates. Mandates are not laws, health officials know that and know they can't be enforced. So health officials and the city will threaten to close down a business if they don't enforce the masks/vaccines, that's how they are trying to enforce Covid mandates - by threatening businesses and revoking their business licenses...
