Whats the biggest boom? the largest bomb to ever drop? Whats a bigger bomb the the short sell on the housing market?
08 was not a good yr for me. Nearly lost my home, only by Gods grace I didn't. Sadley I have watched many homes since foreclose in my neighborhood. Average home value today in my hood remain -22% below 2007 value & consistently averaged -35% to -25% across these past 13yrs. Property taxes did not dip anywhere near my homes value nor consistent with this trend. Always wondered how the foreclosed homes, mortgage co and this excess property tax might be related 🤔🧐🤨
