So they’ve had full weather control dominance for decades. They are using geo-engineering to engineer droughts in California and fires across the West Coast of North America. They’ve been chem spraying from aircraft for years as well as using numerous weather modification technologies such as HAARP. Everybody knows this. Everybody sees it. But it doesn’t even get a mention in relation to ‘climate change.’
