my own internet seemed to be acting up along with anonup. even the facebook was slow loading. AND interestingly the satellite (directv) also had different channels that kept blanking out or pause then play all weekend. So i just figured there was a throttling going on (a different style of blackouts). Slowing everything instead of complete blackouts. Since i had trouble with all things thats why i determined the throttling scenario.
