i have not been to doctor since 1987. all medicine is fake and most is poison

I agree Matthew, but I'm a heart patient. I would like to learn how to live without warfarin. I have a mechanical valve, without warfarin, blood platelets stick to the valve, causing it to have difficulty opening.

There is a way to repair your heart. You will likely need that until a real doctor gets you off it.
In the meantime, raise consciousness. Listen to healing frequencies. Eliminate meat, dairy, egg and acidic foods. Limit alcohol. Get rid of fear and stress. Exercise a lot. Get in nature. Disconnect from technology. These will all make every cell healthier and stronger
