Unless the voting system has been reform, it's all just beating one's head against a concrete wall expecting it to get soft after the hundredth whack. The current system would require both sides to cheat at the same level of deviousness and that is not the way we do things. SO repeating the same thing and expecting a different outcome. The game was rigged from the start.
