I don't understand where they are getting this 60-70% number, and why wait till 80%, isn't 70% enough?

Oh Dear God when will this happen, I tried again with my neighbour who has taken the vaccines and now is not wanting to talk with me. I did try to let her know a few things, but now she has shut me out. We were good friend, I pray that we will be again.
I am also in tears all the time, my only daughter works as a Nurse in Theater and does not want the vax but now they are really forcing hard, I am afraid she will relent because she needs her job to feed her two beautiful children, my beautiful grandchildren. My heart is sooo broken.🙏😭🙏
