As you are aware, all DOE employees are required to have received to have at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine by September 27. Employees should use the DOE Vaccination Portal to upload proof of vaccination.
In the interim, between September 13 and September 27, all DOE employees, as well as DOE/City contractors in DOE buildings, are required to provide proof of having received at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccination, or weekly proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR diagnostic test (rapid or non-rapid).
