The CDC would not respond to ICANs FOIA requests for the studies that show vaccines do not cause autism. CDC didn't respond. So then ICAN sued for the studies that the claim is based on. That's how they got the list of studies (https://www.icandecide.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Stipulation-and-Order-Fully-Executed.pdf), but they didn't support the claim.
