Probably seriously sedated . One doctor prescibed Ivermectin and then the Hopital sent around a letter banning its use for Covid patients . There was a protest planned outside the hospital thos week.

You wouldnt get to far anyway if chicago hospitals are like NY hospitals. NO getting in unless you have sign in showing your ID and getting a pass with patient info and floor etc. Police officers as security etc. i couldnt even go see my father because my brother was already up there and I was told to come by his doctor. it is not like it use to be.
