My mom had to call the SS office to give a change of address and the # is no longer in service. she can't get her stimulus check because they sent it to the wrong address. she's afraid she won't see any of her money.

try going online? set up an account and see if you can redirect things from there? is there a local office where you can go in person? keep trying - try different locations. ive dealt with them for years - sometimes its only a matter of who you talk to, a very few employees can actually get things done.
