In case you dont have that money:
HCQ (option 1): Make it yourself: take the peels from 3 grapefruits and 3 lemons, boil them for 2 hours under 3 inches of water, in a pan with a lit on it. After it cooled down, take the lid of and take from the juice: 1 spoon every 2 hours. Use it with zinc tablets> 2 x 1 a day. After 2 days you allready will feel better, use it for 2 weeks if you want to. It works against bacteria, micro bacteria, viruses, malaria, parasites in your guts or stomach. If you made to much, you can freeze it also and save it for later. Use small boxes for the freeze.
Homemade Hydrochloroquine (option 2)
2 grapefruit peels
3 lemon peels
2 orange peels
8 cups of water
Simmer for 3 hours covered with glass lid on.
Let it cool for 2 hours
Strain into glass jars and refrigerate.
Consume 2 to 3 table spoons of the liquid twice a day.
Use it with zinc tablets> 2 x 1 a day.

Love you can make it at home. Curious however about the last line; discontinue as soon as your better. So is it unsafe or not recommended to drink tonic water on the regular? I've been enjoying a 6.8 oz bottle of Fever Tree's Light Tonic Water almost daily. On occasion 2 a day. 🤔 Not adding anything else, just the tonic water. 😄
Tonic water contains aprox 84 mg/Liter. You can drink up to six liters per day without experiencing worse adverse effects from the quinine than light sensitive eyes. You might though contract a runny stool from all the excess fluids if drinking 6 liters/day.
If you are moderate and just take a glass or two a day, you'll not have any problems at all with the quinine.
Personally I drink on average 0.5 liters/day, some days none, some days more, not more than 3 liters on the same day, all together 4 liters every week and have done so for a couple of years now.

Thanks for the info. I really enjoy it.
