There's very few legitimate big names on Telegram. Usually they will say on one of their official platforms, such as Twitter, if they are also on other platforms (Gab, Telegram, etc).
Here's a reminder that Ezra A. Cohen is also NOT on Telegram as I see a lot of posts from the LARP that is on there acting like him.
Look into the guy who owns telegram, and maybe we can guess why he does nothing to suppress obvious imposters. Can't say for sure, but it doesn't give me warm fuzzies, with their WEF endorsements...
