Found one just like this while camping in the forrest recently.
They want to be sure there is no where left for us to go.
Interesting you say that because we had zero cell reception out there. its literally off the grid. So when I found the tower I thought the same thing...they are trying to make it so there is no where to go.
I'm an avid hiker so I'm always looking when I'm out there, but this one is the first one I've found that far off the beaten path.
