That is the truth...what I mean is that she controls them and not the other way around. We never elect officials to lead us we elect them to "serve" us and any power used beyond "only" that rooted entirely in the population locally electing you, is very highly illegal...and we definitely never elect them to ever, ever, ever, "rule" us!
