The Sheriff's office is attempting to cover-up the truth about missing child HaLeigh Cummings because they are involved with the CIA/FBI operatives who kidnapped HaLeigh. The kidnapping involves a group called THE CIA FINDERS and NXIVM, which includes Attorney Kim L. Picazio, Michael J. Picazio, Judge Michael G. Kaplan, John Regan (a.k.a.
