Yes, we are fed up. So far, the two amend and gutt (just learned that term last week) bills were dead.... Apparently, the CA legislature was planning on GUTT the existing Nonrelated bills such as transportation and discriminations bill, and the AMEND/ it under the table to get vaccine pass/mandates through!
