I alerted my immediate family, who think of me as a tinfoil-hat wearer, although they realized what I told them was coming from a good place. I suggested stocking up on food and household supplies so they don't run out or get price-gouged at stores, or have to deal with eediots buying a cart-load of TP. (Which is not how real preppers work!)
