No mental eval needed..no license needed..you graduated from Law school and have a diploma.. all licenses are about control and thieving.. think about it .. salons, dentists, physicians, nurses, phamacists, nail techs, dog, driver, boat, jet ski,atv, snow mobile,hunting, fishing... all require licensing... where does that money go?
