you do not need exemption. you are boss of government. the best exemption is to lock and load your weapon and tell them they are illegitimate and have no authority. if guns are illegal, then buy illegal guns on black market. all governments are currently an enemy at war. you do not take orders from your enemy. death would be a better result than that. break out of matrix. the soul never dies.
