Which is why he keeps on giving excuses why he can't say if he'll run. He says "oh the campaign rules are really funny about announcing that information too early." Lol...... I remember at one of his rallies he said under his breath "oh 8 years or 12 years." I watch all of his rallies and pay close attention to what he says.
