From my experience, they cant force her to stay at the hospital, its called leaving AMA, against medical advice. my doctor said “ its a hospital, not jail, we cant force you to stay”
That's only the first part of the problem... she also needs access to oxygen at home. If she finds an oxygen source they will let her leave.
