No. It literally says "FDA approved the biologics license application" in the first sentence. 🤷‍♂️

The approval goes into effect for normal use, that is, two doses for individuals 16 and older.

The EUA stays in effect to cover other instances, specifically the third booster shot for some, and younger individuals starting at age 12 getting the vaccine.

The EUA is also needed so that the vaccine doses that were produced prior to the approval and can continue to be used until the supply is entirely replaced by new batches properly labelled as approved.
