HCQ fits the legal definition of a vaccine. The jab does not. He is speaking of the legal definition of vaccine.
unfortunately thats not what is being approved tomorrow and I’m still at risk of losing my job for being unvaxed. Be nice if the legal definatatiin was being approved so people could keep their jobs.
