Yaaass!!! Specific to the Karma is GUILT. At times, I help stuck souls move on and the icky stick energy that keeps people stuck to the lower vibrations and dimensions is guilt. Forgiving others and the need to seek vengeance frees you from your karmic ties to them. Put the situation in God's hands to reconcile. What many overlook while alive, is forgiving themselves, for things where they that they wronged themselves or another. You see, when we judge someone as having done something wrong, including ourselves, it is in our belief culture that the guilty must be punished for it. This belief sets up self-punishing behaviors and habits, that will continue on even after you pass. Your soul will stay stuck in the earth plane wailing over wrongs one felt they committed. If you can make things right with yourself and to others, always seek to do that first. When you can't, then forgive yourself with humble being as Jeshua does and give the situation over to God and move on FREE and CLEAR.
