2 women caught on camera stealing CA Gov. Recall Election ballots out of apartment mailboxes using a USPS master key to open the entire mail box at once. This was in Valley Village earlier this week. Another man was caught with hundreds of ballots in Torrance as well.
At least one of these nasties works at @ USPS or got the key from someone who does. Having that key in their possession on off-duty hours, is at the least, a federal crime.
Those keys are signed out in the am and returned and signed back in when carriers finish their routes
Really hoping the Postal Service Inspectors get a look at this footage.
