When the dept of Homeland Security was set up in 2002 it was given many tasks and created new offices to fulfill them. So that the New high lvl positions that were established had something to do they set up a list of definitions and a mission statement (what there jobs were to be). Now on the two pics below I want you to focus on the word Terrorism. First its definition and than what action is taken because of it. Also let me know if you believe it is being committed atm. If so who's job is it to take care of it? When you see it I promise you will be blown away. Good luck.

Every act that I can think of that matches the definition of terrorism has been committed by the government, not the people. Or by foreign powers in conjunction with traitors in the case of cybersttacks on critical infrastructure.
But then again, I speak English, not Marxist. No telling how they'll translate these terms.
POTUS/military should defend all citiizens against all enemies-foreign and domestic.

I would add to the comments that unless I'm reading this incorrectly, Department of Homeland Security has failed to do what it says in the excerpts as terrorism is growing daily in this nation beginning with the vaxx's and the economy is failing at super sonic speed. On the last page where it notes Federal, State and Local govts are the ones to enforce the laws protecting the nation from terrorism, they are not only supporting terrorism but ushering in foreigners in huge numbers to relocate into various states (no females or children) and most likely will encourage a takeover of each state if it is permitted to continue. The ENTIRE NATION is being taken over "coup" from within. There may be no other choice but to rise up and fight against this tyranny. I would prefer that not to happen but if "words" and "peaceful demonstrations" have no effect that leaves only 1 choice as we are literally closing in on crossing the line of no return. They say we won but also say we could still loose.

You have hit the nail on the head. When our government who has sworn to protect us fails it is our DUTY to stand up to them and replace them. It is in our constitution for a reason. It is far beyond the time for EVERYONE to practice non violent civil disobedience. If everyone stands at once and refuses there will be no need for weapons.
I would say that coercing people to take an injection that could harm them is terrorism.
