3. How do you have new elections against a sitting president? You don't unless it is an election that is called for by the constitution.
4. According to article two of the constitution once the electoral college chooses a president no matter what is thought to have occurred that person becomes the president....unless the election was a sting operation that was set into motion by presidential, congressional and military actions.
As for the second post I agree, Trump said he is running in 2024 so he will be coming back.

What many people do not know is that if a case would compromise a state secret that a judge can refuse to hear or just outright dismiss the case.
If you look up information on state secrets you will see this.

So until what he is claiming has been verified as false or unclassified, people like this, who are not in the national spotlight, are never talked about again.
