ZERO. NONE. Julian stated "98% of Washington". Im sure there are a few janitors and 'clean-up personnel who arent compromised. They have 'the dirt' on who is compromised and while everyone else is just looking at the 'shitty politicians, the Military Intelligence people have 'All the Dirt.
