I just checked my cell and my state and local alerts was turned off, so I fixed it. I think it happened with the latest phone update.
Same here! No alert until I turned it back on today. I have been checking randomly for the last 1-2 months to ensure they were enabled. But today, they were off. 🤷♀️🤦♀️🤔
