I just checked my cell and my state and local alerts was turned off, so I fixed it. I think it happened with the latest phone update.

I just ckecked mine after reading your post. My state and local were off as well.
its been at least since early spring that i had been making sure mine were all on. But my phone did an auto update several times, even overrode my denial of it. So after several updates the alert setting area sure has changed..its like they are doing this on purpose. which tells my brain we're so close.

I have an android phone , i guess if it came through the state and local route, those 2 settings were off on mine. My satellite box got messed up earlier from electricity flashing on and off problem in our area😑so I cant say if Directv did one or not. no tv since around 11:30am central (Oklahoma time)
