So looking through home screen, some of you received it on your cell phones, car radio, tv’s. Others saying no to all. I believe it goes until 3:20 Sounds like a miss on their syncing.

a couple guys here at work said they got the ebs at local time 1:20, on cell phone and heard over the radio-- 2:25 local time as i write this
