pardon me, but the mark of the beast will never be a vaccine. The mark of the beast will be given when each person is given a choice of which side he or she is on, God's or satans. at that moment they must make a public announcement of who they will follow and will be given the mark. The mark of the beast CANNOT be given in trickery, deciept or without an acutal choice being made by the person. So this cannot be the mark of the beast otherwise everyone would have to be told. That is the rule set down by God Himself.
