Have you been listening to frequency music? Taking quinine and vitamins? Grounding/Earthing? Have you given God permission to connect with you? You must also come in service to God and the all that is. Be careful who you grant permissions to tho and be very specific as to what permissions you grant. I only invite in God, my soul family and good souls no demons or questionables and only to converse no entering my body. Also you must speak this out loud. God hears your heart not your brain. You must command your own soul to raise your frequency and command it to connect out loud.

You must also know there is a huge difference in speaking of being in service to others and doing it. Not saying that you or anyone isnt doing this but there is a difference.
You can not get to a higher dimension without for real caring and helping others.
They probably wont trust you right away but dont give up. It took me months.
