Have coldpressed oil in her diet every night. 1 table spoon,any plant based COLD pressed will do. The ones with most fat is best. never heat oil it will clogg your arteries(!) thank you. take 1000mg c Vitamins and all b vitamins, zinc and magnesium dayly thank you. Pray amd stay thankfull is key. Have salt thats bought in a health store in your diet and stay in faith, purge - with caution, cultivate + . (?)
