If you grow oregano, you can make your own oil. Just remove about 1/2 cups leaves from your plant, chop them very fine, put in a small mason jar with a tight lid and cover with olive oil, or grape oil. Sit the jar in hot pan of water about half way up the jar (don't let water get into the jar) and let in boil for about 10 mins. Sit the jar in a dark place for about 2 weeks and shake it once a day (don't remove the lid until the 2 weeks are up. At the end of two weeks, strain the leaves from the oil and you have your own oregano oil. I keep mine in the fridge but you don't have to. You don't want to take more than 2 ts a day and your need to dilute with other oil 1/1 if you take it internally because it's very strong and will burn all the way down.
