Look at the ears, canal and lobes, & the nose. Noses can be altered but not ears.

Very true in appearance because skin begins to sag over the skull and bones. But the shape of the nose bones and ear canal do not...like thumbprints. There would have had to been serious intricate plasti surgery to resculpt.
