Refresher courses are always welcome. However, I am curious as to the copyright date on that, as I noticed a footnote for Black's 2d Ed. I purchased the 6th Ed back in '95. 😉
BLacks law has corrupted information as do many other books, takes a lot of investigating, the books are free online also. Discernment is much needed.
