I hear people say "my job is requiring me to get the vaccine in the next month so I'm about to quit". No. You are going to tell them you will not participate in an experimental vaccine and let them fire you. That way you have legal recourse. If you simply quit, you have no recourse. They want you to quit.

I get it, I definitely do...BUT not always so simple..my cousin is a nurse, tried 3x to get a religious waiver for flu and they denied her, TOTALLY illegal. but..she needed a job, she couldn’t afford to be fired and not hired again in healthcare during these times. No one is going to hire someone who sees a nurse was fired. She left quietly and got another job immediately. So she never took the vax but couldn’t handle the financial and emotional toll of lawsuits.
