When companies mandate the vax, many employees will want to quit rather than comply. Not having to pay their rent facilitates this. They can get their gov't food stamps, etc. to survive.

Meanwhile, supply chains break down due to lack of help. Food shortages, manufactured good shortages, etc. will result.
