There is only one little thing with that: you can not buy the land. You can get a contract to lease it and use it, but you will never own it. Because it is from The People who are living there. And after 7 years you have to return it to the people (without getting money for it! It's in the Bible.)
It's named the 'shout with joy' year, and the constitution is based upon the bible. Nobody can change the Constitution, as it says. So it still rules the world!
