The head of the pathology department at the German University of Heidelberg, Peter Schirmacher, states that his department has performed autopsies on 40 individuals that died within 2 weeks of having received a Covid-vaccine. Schirmacher states that 30-40% of these deaths have been caused by the vaxx. He also states that he assumes the actual fatality rate of the vaxx could even be much higher.

Schirmacher is a very renowned pathologist at a very renowned university. What's even more surprising is that the German MSM is actually reporting on the above:
